Jane Mara is an Intuitive Mentor, Master-Teacher- Practitioner in Reiki, Counselling/Coaching, and NLP, available on Mondays and Thursdays by appointment at Nature Care Health. She is a highly experienced Reiki Master-Teacher and Holistic Counsellor, having delivered over 500 hours of executive and life coaching. Her expertise is continually enhanced through ongoing studies and qualifications in various modalities of energetic medicine. Jane integrates mind-body medicine with detailed research to understand the key factors contributing to individual wellness.
Jane’s own experiences with stress led her to explore holistic health, focusing on the well-being of the mind, body, and spirit. She has since deepened her research into the role of intuition in all aspects of life and how we can access it, on demand.
Jane is available for consultations on Mondays and Thursdays at Nature Care Health.
