All new patients begin with an initial consultation with one of our doctors. This allows us to review your medical history, assess any relevant tests, discuss potential risks, and design an individualised treatment plan tailored to your needs.

During your treatment, you can relax or work comfortably while being cared for by our highly qualified and experienced registered nurses, who are skilled in administering IV therapies and managing complex treatment protocols, including those commonly used in cancer support care. Our nursing team works closely with our doctors to ensure treatments are delivered safely, thoughtfully, and in line with each patient’s individual care plan.

For patients requiring cancer-focused support, we may recommend advanced laboratory testing to complement IV therapy and overall care planning. This may include circulating tumour cell testing (such as Maintrac and CTC/CETC counts) to help monitor tumour cell activity over time, biomarker analysis to assess inflammation, immune function, and nutritional status, and comprehensive tumour gene expression analysis (Exacta) to better understand underlying biological pathways. When considered alongside clinical assessment and conventional oncology care, these tests can help guide a more personalised, supportive approach to treatment and monitoring.
